As a Material Handler (Forklift Operator), you will be responsible for assisting with Material Handling activities within our Grimsby Manufacturing facility, where we design and build modular buildings. This is a full time, permanent, role. Job Responsibilities: Accountable for the organization of assigned areas and materials. Operate Forklift and to unload incoming shipments from transport trailers. Process receiving paperwork such as packing slips and bill of lading. Deliver materials to workstations and storage locations. Complete inventory consumption on all inventory transactions relocations. Assist with garbage and recycling removal process. Support the Production team with line moves as required. Other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: Certified Forklift Operator with at least 3-5 years of experience in operating a forklift and material handling experience. Ability to work scheduled shift from 6:30 am to 3 pm EST, Monday to Friday. A demonstrated commitment to safety, it is your top priority. Construction industry experience would be considered an asset. Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Knowledge and experience with material receiving processes and cycle counts. Comfortable using ERP and any other relevant software Strong coaching and leadership skills preferred. Ability to work in a high paced environment and deliver results on time and in a safe manner. What We Offer: Indoor Manufacturing facility with work life balance.
