They will also drive business development, foster client relationships, and provide technical leadership across various project phases. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering and be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ). A minimum of 15 years of industrial engineering experience is required, including at least 5 years in team management or technical leadership.
