Your role Review and understand design drawings and specifications. Maintain document tracking logs and Technical documentation via Microsoft Excel. Develop and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and graphs. Data monitoring and interpretation for quality records. Write and develop Construction work method statements and job hazard analyses to be reviewed by the Senior Project Coordinator. Complete field measurements, construction layout, and verification of various Construction Activities. Perform regular quality inspections with the on-site quality inspector and design engineer representative. Complete and fill out the quality inspection checklists on Aconex. Work closely with the Construction Superintendent and Foreman to provide on-site assistance as required. Attend and complete meeting minutes notes for the various weekly subcontractor meetings. About you Pursuing an Undergraduate Degree in Civil Engineering and enrolled in Civil Engineering 8–12-month Co-op Program from a recognized post-secondary institution. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledgeable in scheduling. The ability to work independently, as well as in a team. Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies. Strong work ethic and highly motivated. Able to read and understand project specifications and engineering drawings. Good problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in the field for much of the workday. Comfortable with Working at Heights. Expected compensation for this role is between $24-$29/hour . Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role.
