The successful candidate will provide dedicated legal advice to the Human Resources and Labour Relations teams on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. They will also manage labour and employment issues, support collective bargaining, and ensure compliance with federal legislation. Candidates must be a member of the Law Society of Ontario in good standing with at least 7 years of relevant experience in labour and employment law. Extensive knowledge of the Canada Labour Code and the ability to obtain federal government security clearance are required.
