In winter, responsibilities shift to 3D modeling of roads and piping, plan preparation, and quantity calculations. Candidates must have a DEC in civil engineering, at least 5 years of experience, and a valid class 5 driver's license. An ASP Construction card and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D are also required.
