Benefits: Health insurance Competitive salary Dental insurance As a Parts Person your key responsibilities will include: Sell products and provide excellent service for customers Assist in keeping the Parts department clean and orderly Record all sales and/or customer transactions Provide Service Technicians with parts as required Provide accurate pricing and availability of parts for all requested quotes Control inventory; placing parts orders to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction Perform routine housekeeping tasks Follow prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures Process cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required at a point of sale Verify receiving documents and support with Shipper/Receiver duties Follow up on shortages and expedite to Management Other duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies: Minimum 2 years of related parts experience Good verbal communication skills Strong listening skills Ability to interpret customer needs Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook Strong organizational skills
