Are you an experienced Production Coordinator looking for your next opportunity? Our Vancouver studio is looking for a Production Coordinator to join the team on a new 3D Unreal Engine project! Atomic is B Corp certified and a BC Benefit Company. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Provide updates, priorities, schedules, and status of all asset and shot tasks to artists and production leadership. Ensure Flow Production Tracking statuses and task assignments are updated and maintained. Coordinate and package asset and shot deliveries, including submission documentation. Document decisions and requests, and ensure items are tracked and managed appropriately. Ensure department teams are clear on daily delivery objectives. Ensure effective communication between teams and production. Communicate any schedule changes to appropriate stakeholders and escalate to the Supervisor/Producers as needed. Monitor progress and, issues and prepare reports if needed. Ensure work is being approved, completed on time and to specification. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Prior experience coordinating on CG Animated series or feature. Experience with Flow Production Tracking. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with a wide variety of personalities. Able to remain focused on the big picture without losing track of the details. Able to take direction and manage multiple priorities. Technically savvy and proficient. Experience on Unreal productions is an asset. Currently legally eligible to work in Canada. BC Residents are preferred for this role.
