We are in an active growth phase and building the team around the right people. This role is a chance to get in early and help shape how. If you want to be a key part of building something rather than maintain something, this is that kind of opportunity. This is a full-time, permanent role with compensation based on experience. Work arrangement is hybrid or remote within Canada, depending on the right candidate. The role You will own organic social for multiple client brands, from content calendars to community management. This role is a fit for a strong writer with a good visual sense who can keep several distinct brand voices straight and consistent. What you'll do Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels Write captions and short-form copy that match each brand's voice Schedule, publish, and manage day-to-day community engagement Coordinate user-generated content and creator deliverables alongside our internal team Light editing of photo and video assets for social formats Track engagement and growth, and report on what is working Spot trends and bring proactive content ideas to the table What you bring 1 to 3 years managing social media for brands or clients Strong writing skills and a flexible sense of brand voice Comfort with scheduling tools and native platform features Basic photo and video editing ability Organized, self-directed, and reliable with deadlines An understanding on how to implement AI into your role, without relying on it to perform.
