Services range from psychotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and naturopathic medicine to nutrition support, energy healing, corporate wellness, meditation, and mindfulness training. Practitioners benefit from fully equipped treatment rooms, flexible part-time and full-time space rentals, and access to mentorship and business development guidance. Aura Harbour is designed to foster healing, collaboration, and professional growth for both clients and practitioners. Role Description The Naturopathic Doctor will provide on-site, client-centered care at our Toronto, ON clinic, offering naturopathic consultations, assessments, and individualized treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough intake appointments, ordering and interpreting lab work where appropriate, and recommending evidence-informed therapies such as nutrition and lifestyle interventions, botanical medicine, supplements, and other integrative approaches aligned with clinic standards. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare and wellness practitioners to support comprehensive care, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and upholding regulatory and ethical guidelines. The Naturopathic Doctor will also participate in practice-building activities, such as client education, workshops, and community outreach, while contributing to a respectful, inclusive, and supportive clinic culture. This is a part-time collaborative, on-site role and practitioner is encouraged to build their business in our clinic once or twice a week on a commission basis. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Medicine and Naturopathy, with the ability to integrate conventional and natural therapies in a safe, evidence-informed manner. Strong foundation in Functional Medicine and Holistic Health to address root causes and support whole-person wellness across mind and body. Applied knowledge of Nutrition, including individualized nutritional assessment and counseling within a naturopathic framework. Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario, and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory college. Experience working in collaborative or multidisciplinary clinical settings and comfort consulting with other providers on shared clients. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with a client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive approach. Ability to manage and build a part-time caseload, including basic practice management skills and interest in professional and business development. Previous experience in integrative or wellness-focused clinics and familiarity with mental health, chronic conditions, or lifestyle medicine are considered assets.
