From planting to harvesting to trimming dried cannabis flowers, you will leverage all aspects of your technical skills and passion for the industry to make an impact at Aurora and here’s how you’ll do it... As a Post-Harvest Team Member, you will... Partner with the facilities team to nurture all aspects of the cultivation process including planting, harvesting, and caring for dried cannabis Facilitate the trimming process of dried cannabis flowers while following WMMC guidelines and ensuring the products exceed industry standards Elevate the operations of the facility by recommending opportunities for improvement, cleaning and maintaining equipment and fostering a safe and healthy environment for our plants and people Perform additional duties, responsibilities and special projects as required by the Company You would be the best fit for this role if you are...
