What drives your day-to-day? Ensuring profitability of the service shop Supervising Appointment Coordinators Assisting and support Service Advisors Creating and maintaining harmonious relationships with our customers to build loyalty Performing administrative tasks related to the department as needed What Are The Must-haves… Previous experience as an Assistant Service Manager in a dealership setting or tenured experienced as a Senior Service Advisor (5+ years) Strong problem solving skills Strong customer service skills Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and have a have a valid driver's license Must submit to and adequately pass a pre-employment background and MVR screen prior to employment High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred Knowledge of CDK is an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to construct emails and messages in a professional and inviting manner The Perks. Compensation The expected range of total compensation for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience. This position will also be eligible to participate in the Company's annual cash bonus program, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
