What you’ll do

Answer calls and welcome clients and suppliers. Prepare and update Word and Excel documents, manage accounts payable, perform bank reconciliations, and enter timesheets.

Requirements

Requires a diploma in accounting or secretarial studies and 3–5 years of experience. Knowledge of Word and Excel and a driver's license are required; familiarity with Acomba accounting software is an asset.
