This role requires expertise in Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC software and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). </p><p><b><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></b> </p><ul><li>Design, develop, and program control systems using Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs. </li><li>Implement and configure VFDs for various applications. </li><li>Integrate and troubleshoot robotics systems to enhance production efficiency. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve automation issues. </li><li>Develop and maintain detailed documentation of control systems and processes. </li><li>Provide onsite technical support and training to maintenance and production staff. </li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. </li></ul><p><b><strong>Qualifications:</strong></b> </p><ul><li>Technologist or Engineering Degree with a focus on Industrial Automation. </li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in control systems engineering within the food and beverage industries, oil and gas industries and water/wastewater systems. </li><li>Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs such as adder logic, function block, structure text and sequential function charts. </li><li>Strong knowledge of VFDs and their applications in industrial settings. </li><li>Knowledge in networking and server systems. </li><li>Strong skill-set withing Microsoft Office 365, Windows Server and Windows 11. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. </li><li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. </li></ul><p> <b><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></b> </p><ul><li>Certifications in Allen Bradley and Siemens control systems. </li><li>Experience with other automation technologies and software (e.g., SCADA, HMI). </li></ul></div>\nCompany Description<div><p>At Automation Integrators, we are dedicated to delivering high quality automation solutions.
