This role is essential in ensuring our cannabis products are processed, packaged, and labeled to Health Canada standards — ready for consumers across the country. What You’ll Do As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in bringing our products to life by: * 🌿Processing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products to meet Health Canada and Auxly’s quality standards. * 🧴Maintaining a clean, safe, and sterile work environment, routinely cleaning and sanitizing tools and equipment. * ⚙️Preparing production materials and ensuring all packaging, labeling, and product documentation are accurate and compliant. * 📋Completing and verifying production forms, data entries, and batch records with precision. * 🤝Collaborating closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and consistent quality. * 🧠Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Production Practices (GPP). * 🧤Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)— safety is part of everything we do. * 🧹Keeping your workspace organized, safe, and audit ready. * 💪Taking on other production and quality tasks as needed — every day brings something new! What You Bring * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy. * Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious. * Able to lift up to 50lbsand stand, bend, or move for extended periods. * Comfortable working with masks, respirators, and hearing protection. * Flexibility to work overtime when needed. * Background check required. * Previous production or cannabis industry experience an asset. * Knowledge of GPP, GMP, or GAP standards an advantage. * Must be able to read and write English clearly and accurately.
