Role Description The Workspace Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Edmonton, AB. This position is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, including front-desk activities, workspace allocations, meeting room scheduling, and coordination of office services. The role includes managing office supplies and equipment, liaising with vendors and building services, and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. The Workspace Office Manager will respond to tenant and internal stakeholder inquiries, support onboarding for new occupants, and maintain clear communication regarding office policies and procedures. This role also supports basic administrative tasks such as record keeping, documentation, and assisting with minor facility-related issues. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with tenants, vendors, and internal teams. Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage schedules, records, and day-to-day office processes. Experience with Office Equipment, including coordinating maintenance and ensuring reliable functionality of devices and shared resources. Solid Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming, responsive, and solution-focused experience for all workspace users. Prior experience in office management, facilities coordination, or property management is an asset. Comfort with basic digital tools (email, calendars, office software) and willingness to learn new systems as needed. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
