AS AN APPLICATIONS ENGINEER CO-OP STUDENT, YOU’LL HELP BUILD TECHNICAL SCENARIOS, RESEARCH REAL-WORLD USE CASES, AND SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF APPLICATION-DRIVEN DEMONSTRATIONS. YOU’LL GAIN HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WORKING AT THE INTERSECTION OF ENGINEERING, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, AND REAL-WORLD PROBLEM SOLVING. WHAT YOU’LL DO You’ll work closely with Applications, Engineering, and Product teams to support research, technical scenario development, and demonstration readiness. * Research real-world use cases across industries such as defense, healthcare, and entertainment. * Develop and test technical scenarios that demonstrate the capabilities of our technology. * Work with real datasets or simulated environments to build and validate application scenarios. * Assist in building application workflows and validating technical outcomes. * Support preparation of demonstration content and technical scenarios. * Collaborate with Engineering teams to refine and test application concepts. * Document findings, workflows, and technical outcomes for internal teams. * Identify opportunities to improve scenario workflows and demonstration effectiveness. * Contribute to special projects that explore new applications of holographic technology. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: * Currently enrolled in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Software) or a related co-op post-secondary degree program. * Strong interest in understanding how technology applies to real-world problems. * Naturally curious and motivated to research, explore, and figure things out independently. * Comfortable taking ownership of projects and running with ideas from concept through execution. * Confident working with direction but without requiring constant step-by-step instruction. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to document technical workflows and communicate findings clearly. * Comfortable working across teams including Engineering, Product, and Applications. * Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
