Job Title: Platform Engineer - Software Job Location: Remote Role Employment Type: Contract Duration: Long term Compensation Range: $50 - $55 per hour This is an active job and application deadline is August 15, 2026 (This posting may close earlier if a suitable candidate is found) Job Description Design and develop full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js, with deployment on Azure AKS and containerized environments. Build and enhance Backstage plugins, MCP integrations, and self-service automation tools for the internal developer platform. Leverage AI-assisted, spec-driven development and modern engineering practices to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. Contribute to cloud infrastructure automation using Terraform and GitHub Actions, while integrating platform services with application data layers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and deliver intuitive, developer-focused user experiences with a strong product mindset.
