Position Summary This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pharmacist looking to take the next step into leadership while helping grow an expanding community pharmacy. As the Pharmacy Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while delivering exceptional patient care, supporting and developing your team, expanding clinical services, and contributing to the continued growth of the business. Working closely with ownership, you will play an integral role in the ongoing success of the pharmacy. This position offers more than a traditional management role, providing a structured pathway toward partnership and long-term ownership for the right individual. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy. Deliver exceptional patient care and clinical services. Build strong relationships with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing pharmacy team. Ensure compliance with all professional, regulatory, and operational standards. Identify opportunities to expand clinical services and enhance the patient experience. Contribute to the continued growth and long-term success of the business. Qualifications Licensed Pharmacist (or eligible for licensure in Alberta). Minimum three years of community pharmacy experience preferred. Previous leadership or pharmacy management experience is considered an asset. Compounding experience or an interest in compounding pharmacy is considered an asset. Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient-centred care. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in growing a successful community pharmacy. Interested? Requirements

Must be a licensed pharmacist in Alberta with a preference for at least three years of community pharmacy experience. Leadership experience and compounding skills are considered strong assets.
