Track development project budgets, costs, cash flow, and cost-to-complete; prepare lender and covenant reporting; and support accounting-system implementation and reporting automation.

Develop architectural designs and coordinated drawings, and prepare permit, tender, and construction documentation for high-rise residential and potential hospitality projects. Coordinate consultants and project teams, track decisions and outstanding items, apply regulatory requirements, and balance design intent with budgets, timelines, and buildability.

Prepare and coordinate monthly construction financing draws, maintain project budgets, monitor costs and commitments, and reconcile draw proceeds with vendor payments. Complete month-end accounting and project cost reporting, review project transactions, and work with construction teams, lenders, and cost consultants to resolve financial issues.
