Client Concierge & Project Liaison — AVI-Design Luxury Residential Home Automation | Toronto, GTA, Muskoka, Montreal & Quebec Markets | Full-Time About AVI-Design AVI-Design is a Savant Ambassador Elite dealer and CEDIA-certified luxury residential home automation integration firm. We deliver sophisticated smart home solutions using Savant, Lutron HomeWorks, Crestron, and Control4 across premium residences, waterfront estates, and high-end condominiums. The Role This is the operational and relational heart of AVI-Design. You will be the primary point of contact for our Clients and the person who keeps every project moving — from first consultation through installation, handover, and ongoing service. This role frees our CEO to focus on growth and design, while you own the Client experience and day-to-day project coordination. What You'll Do Own all Client communications and relationships once a project is underway Coordinate project scheduling, trades, builders, and site access across all project phases Track milestones, manage payment reminders, and keep Clients informed at every step Lead Client walkthroughs, handovers, and system training at project completion Triage and coordinate all post-installation service requests and warranty claims Liaise with architects, designers, builders, and the technical team on behalf of Clients What You Bring 3+ years in client relations, project coordination, or luxury services Strong organizational skills — you manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball Professional, warm, and confident communicator with clients and trade partners Bilingual English/French strongly preferred Background in home automation, real estate, construction, or design is a strong asset Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM tools What We Offer Competitive compensation A high-impact role with real responsibility from day one Direct collaboration with the CEO Work on prestigious luxury residential projects across Ontario and Quebec A culture built on excellence, discretion, and genuine Client care

Requirements

Requires over 3 years of experience in client relations or project coordination, preferably within luxury services or home automation. Strong organizational skills and bilingual proficiency in English and French are highly preferred.
