Reporting The Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Director of Avionics. Core Competencies Communication Skills Positive Attitude Problem-Solving Skills Professionalism Team Player Organization Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities Customer service: co-ordinate service calls when needed / respond to any administrative requests by customer. Produce a weekly report of all outstanding work filtered by tech for both the Instrument and Service shop. Email or fax all quotes to customers for approval. Review past due quotes and contact customers regarding getting the work approved. Oversee the service desk. Work with customers to resolve any issues brought forth. Receive credit card payments from COD walk in customers. Look after exchanges needed by customer. Send out customer reports. Follow up on parts needed to complete the job. Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma, or equivalent. Strong customer service skills. Computer Literate; strong MS Office skills. Communication – both verbal and written English language. Basic knowledge of Quantum. Experience Minimum three years in office administration role. 1-2 years of customer service experience.
