Position Summary: Axalta is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Batch Maker to join our manufacturing team on the night shift. This role is responsible for producing high-quality coating products by following batch formulas, handling raw materials, operating production equipment, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Manufacture batches according to production formulas and work instructions. Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials. Handle solvents, resins, pigments, and other production materials. Operate mixing and production equipment safely and efficiently. Complete batch records and production documentation. Monitor product quality and follow standard operating procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental guidelines. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, or batch-making experience is preferred. Ability to speak, read, and write English required. Successful completion of a background check and physical examination Reach truck and counterbalance forklift experience preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred.
