Summary Experience Level: Level 3 (senior): Minimum 5 years Open Positions: 1 Location: Montreal Work Mode: Onsite (Day 1 onboarding onsite/in office presence 3x/week) Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain distributed Java applications in a Linux environment. Participate in design sessions and code review to drive high-quality and maintainable software. Support testing activities to ensure software reliability, performance, and stability. Collaborate closely with team members to deliver business-critical functionality. Leverage modern AI tools and agentic workflows to boost productivity and software quality. Requirements Strong expertise in Java development with experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools. Proven experience in developing distributed, performance-critical, and highly available systems. Familiarity with multithreaded programming paradigms. Knowledge about Unix/Linux based platforms. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Python, Angular, Docker/Podman.
