Join Our Team as a Lawyer at Axiom We are currently seeking Corporate Governance Lawyers to work with our publicly-traded client base across multiple industries. Responsibilities: Advise the Board of Directors and executive leadership on corporate governance matters, including fiduciary duties, board processes, and best practices. Draft, review, and maintain corporate governance documents, including bylaws, charters, policies, resolutions, and committee materials. Support public company compliance obligations, including proxy statements, annual meetings, SEC filings, and disclosure requirements. Oversee entity management, corporate records, and subsidiary governance to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal standards. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in corporate governance, securities, or public company representation Strong knowledge of corporate law, SEC regulations, proxy rules, and board governance practices. Actively licensed and in good standing in Ontario or Alberta. Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
