You will be responsible for establishing the complete quality system for a new production subsidiary in Montreal and managing the quality inspection team. Additionally, you will handle quality incidents, coordinate with technical and commercial teams, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de notre nouvelle filiale Canadienne à Montréal (Québec), vous serez plus particulièrement chargé(e) des missions suivantes : * Mise en place du système qualité complet de cette nouvelle filiale de production. * Recruter / gérer les inspecteurs qualités qui travailleront avec la production et dans notre laboratoire de contrôle. * Répondre aux clients en cas d'incidents qualité, en liaison directe avec nos équipes techniques, commerciales et de production. * S'assurer de la mise en application des actions correctives et préventives. * Mettre en œuvre des actions ciblées vis-à-vis de nos fournisseurs et en interne. * Assurer le support qualité auprès de nos équipes techniques et commerciales. * Participer aux réunions avec nos clients canadiens. Une période de formation en France au siège du groupe Axon’ (Montmirail, dpt 51) est à prévoir pour vous familiariser avec les bonnes pratiques déjà développées par le groupe Axon’ en France.
