You will benefit from many advantages, including: * Group insurance * RRSP with employer contribution * Employee Assistance Program * 7 personal days in addition to annual vacation * Training paid for by Axxess * A healthy and collaborative work environment: team-building activities, happy hours, and more Your main responsibilities will include: * Answering a high volume of incoming calls, averaging 150 calls per day, with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. * Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department. * Providing daily administrative support, including document management, filing, follow-ups, and updating information. * Transferring calls, taking messages, and ensuring clear communication between clients, employees, and various departments. * Contributing to the smooth operation of the reception area by maintaining fast, organized, and customer-focused service. What we are looking for: * You are bilingual in French and English, in order to communicate with your future colleagues and clients located across Canada and the United States. * You have experience managing a high volume of calls. * You are autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented. * You have a smile in your voice and are customer-service oriented. * You have worked with a VOP system- asset! * You enjoy working as part of a team and are motivated to take on new challenges.
