Job summary

Role Overview We are seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual care. This role allows practitioners to deliver compassionate, patient-centered telemedicine services across various specialties, including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency, and urgent care. Key Responsibilities Provide virtual patient assessments, review medical histories, and deliver appropriate treatment. Order and interpret lab tests, prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine), and offer expert guidance on medication use. Collaborate with healthcare teams and maintain detailed medical documentation for continuity of care. Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth best practices. Qualifications & Skills Active medical licenses in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states, with willingness to obtain additional licenses (support provided). Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings. Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours weekly, working during local daytime hours. Strong communication skills, proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided), and at least one DEA certification.
