Our mission is to bring a taste of Vietnam to our community while providing a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and staff. *Position Overview:* We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking kitchen staff to join our team. We are looking for invidiauals that like working in a fast pace enviroment and are self sufficient. *Key Responsibilities:* * Prepare items according to recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizes. * Operate and clean heavy duty meat slicer for deli meat slicing * Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. * Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of the shift. * Helps sandwhich staff out with restocking items during service. * Helps to wash, clean and organize dishes and kitchen equipment. * Maintaining freshness and quality of products. *Qualifications:* * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine and banh mi is a plus. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. *What We Offer:* * A supportive and dynamic work environment. * Employee discounts and benefits.
