Team members benefit from exposure to diverse disciplines and a strong focus on quality care. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Orillia, ON. The Administrative Assistant will manage front desk operations, including greeting patients, checking them in and out, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized reception area. Day-to-day tasks include answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and providing courteous, professional support to patients and clinicians. The role also involves handling clerical duties such as data entry, maintaining patient records, preparing documents, and processing payments. The Administrative Assistant will collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate schedules, support clinic workflows, and ensure an efficient and welcoming environment. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting busy clinical or office environments. Professional Phone Etiquette and clear Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with patients, clinicians, and external partners. Solid Clerical Skills, including data entry, records management, document preparation, and basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, scheduling software). High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting. Customer service mindset with a respectful, inclusive, and patient-centered approach. Previous experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or medical office environment is an asset. High school diploma required; post-secondary education in office administration, healthcare administration, or a related field is an advantage.
