We are looking for an RMT to join our team at Bahn Thai Spa & School — someone with a genuine passion for the art of bodywork and an interest in continuing to learn and evolve within their practice. In exchange for working one regular shift per week, we offer ongoing training in Traditional Thai Massage and body mechanics designed to support practitioner longevity, alignment, and sustainability in this profession. Many RMTs experience repetitive strain, wrist, shoulder, neck, and lower back injuries from years of table work. Thai Massage offers a different approach — using body mechanics, movement, leverage, breath, and alignment rather than muscular force alone. It allows practitioners to work more efficiently while reducing wear and tear on their own bodies. This opportunity is ideal for an RMT looking to: • Add new skills and movement-based techniques to their practice • Improve body mechanics and reduce repetitive strain • Take one day off the table each week while still getting paid • Learn how to work with greater ease, flow, and longevity • Deepen their understanding of touch as both a therapeutic and restorative art We are especially interested in practitioners who value presence, intention, and continuous learning. Located in downtown Toronto, Bahn Thai Spa & School has been recognized for over a decade for authentic Traditional Thai Massage and education rooted in care, attention, and respect for the practice.

Provide client-centered therapeutic massage using conventional RMT techniques and Traditional Thai Massage methods as appropriate, including consultations, safe treatments, and accurate treatment notes. Participate in ongoing training, collaborate with the team, and uphold clinic policies and a respectful, welcoming environment.
