Key Responsibilities Achieve established sales targets. Support the Store Manager with daily store operations. Provide support with internal training. Build customer loyalty by providing exceptional service. Contribute to effective product presentation and merchandising. Work closely with management. Actively participate in store operations. Qualifications 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales or team leadership. Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends. Demonstrated leadership skills. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and positive attitude. Strong judgment and solution-oriented mindset. Good organizational and planning skills. High school diploma or equivalent (or currently working toward one). French required; English is an asset. To Succeed In This Role, You Will Motivate, coach, and support the store team. Maintain high customer service standards and ensure an outstanding shopping experience. Encourage the team to achieve its sales goals. Achieve sales targets, including Sales Per Hour (SPH) and Dollars Per Transaction (DPT). Analyze sales reports and adjust strategies as needed. Build strong relationships with both team members and customers. Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees. Ensure consistent and thorough customer follow-up. Handle store opening and closing procedures. Ensure product presentation meets company standards. Follow company policies and procedures. Manage inventory according to established processes. Perform other related duties as required.
