What you’ll do

The Associate Family Lawyer will provide client-centered legal services in a fast-paced environment, moving between courtroom litigation and ADR settings. The role focuses on minimizing conflict and delivering restorative outcomes for a high-end clientele.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 4 years of Family Law experience and be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Extensive experience before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice is required, with additional experience in higher courts and mediation being an advantage.
