Full-Time Baker ? Tim Hortons, Baker Drive Location: 275 Baker Drive, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia Job type: Full-time, permanent Hours: Approximately 35 hours per week We are looking for an experienced, dependable baker to join our team at Tim Hortons on Baker Drive. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, follow Tim Hortons standards and manage production levels appropriately throughout the shift. This means preparing enough product to meet customer demand while maintaining freshness and controlling waste. Responsibilities: * Prepare, bake and finish products according to Tim Hortons standards * Monitor sales and adjust production levels throughout the shift * Follow production sheets and maintain accurate production and waste records * Ensure products meet quality, freshness and presentation standards * Keep the baking area clean, organized and properly stocked * Follow all food safety, sanitation and workplace safety procedures * Receive, rotate and properly store products and supplies * Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members * Complete opening, closing and cleaning responsibilities as required Requirements: * Previous Tim Hortons baking experience is strongly preferred * Reliable, punctual and able to consistently report for scheduled shifts * Able to manage production numbers and control product waste * Able to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality * Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Available for full-time hours, including early mornings, weekends and holidays * The successful candidate must have, or be able to obtain, legal authorization to work for Bakeco Management Inc. in Canada before beginning employment Immigration information: Bakeco Management Inc. is a designated employer under the Atlantic Immigration Program.
