We pride ourselves on promoting talent when we see it, and work with each professional to define what success means for them.” Your role: Work on a variety of assurance and tax engagements for owner-managed businesses across diverse industries. Prepare compilations, corporate and personal tax returns, and supporting working papers. Assist clients with financial reporting. Develop a strong understanding of clients’ businesses and identify opportunities to add value through proactive service. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, team members, and partners. Collaborate within a cross-functional team environment while also managing assigned work independently. Participate in special projects and other engagements as assigned by senior staff and partners. What you bring to the table: Completion of a bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration (Accounting/Finance major) Eligibility to enroll in CPA PEP Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Familiarity with basic accounting concepts (balance sheet, income statement, etc.) You are an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills Be a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail You have strong interpersonal skills and are an excellent problem solver You are proficient in, and willing to learn various computer applications Knowledge of Caseware/Caseview and TaxPrep is an asset (but not required) What’s in it for you?
