A quick 10-minute helicopter ride transports guests to the Lodge for 3 and 4-day all-inclusive, guided snowcat skiing and boarding trips. Lodge Bartender

The bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for lodge guests. They must also manage bar inventory, assist with wine pairings, and ensure all service complies with liquor license regulations.

Lodge Spa Practitioner / Bodyworker

On-site

Provide exceptional massage and bodywork treatments to lodge guests while managing the daily treatment schedule. Assist with lodge-related housekeeping and serving tasks to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.

Lodge Baker

On-site

The Lodge Baker is responsible for preparing fresh baked goods, including pastries, breads, and desserts, for lodge guests while maintaining inventory and food orders. They will also assist the kitchen team with dinner service, cleaning, and supporting other kitchen staff as needed.

Lodge Chef

On-site

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and ensuring high quality and safety standards. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team and accommodate guest dietary requests.

Lodge Sous Chef

Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute guest and staff meals while maintaining high culinary standards. Oversee daily kitchen operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Lodge Garde Manger Chef

On-site

The Garde Manger Chef is responsible for preparing daily sandwiches, salads, and après ski appetizers while coordinating with the kitchen team. They also manage ingredient inventory and assist the Head Chef with meal planning and special dietary requirements.

Lodge Housekeeper

On-site

Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, chalets, and common areas while managing laundry and housekeeping tasks. Assist with breakfast and après food service, as well as support operations in the lodge's retail shop.

Baldface Lodge Manager

On-site

The Lodge Manager leads daily operations, including hospitality, food and beverage, and retail, while supervising and mentoring staff to ensure high service standards. They manage logistics for guest and staff arrivals and departures while maintaining clear communication with office operations.
