Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate advertising and marketing strategies across digital platforms. The successful candidate will support business growth by analyzing marketing needs, executing paid media campaigns, and maintaining strong client relationships across North American markets. This role requires a high level of autonomy, analytical thinking, and experience working with digital advertising platforms, particularly in cross-border environments. Key Duties & Responsibilities Assess characteristics of products and services to determine digital marketing and advertising requirements Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and META platforms Advise clients on marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies to support business objectives and revenue growth Conduct audience research and analyze market trends to identify target segments and optimize campaign performance Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations Develop and manage digital content, including ad copy and creative direction, tailored to specific audiences Maintain and optimize social media advertising accounts, including reviewing engagement metrics and customer feedback Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and performance summaries to clients on a regular basis Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication, strategy alignment, and performance reviews Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns, including high-volume events such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative teams and clients, to ensure cohesive campaign execution Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field Demonstrated experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads and/or META Ads) Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and performance optimization Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience Experience working with international clients, particularly in the United States market Familiarity with cross-border marketing strategies and audience behaviour Experience managing campaigns across multiple time zones in a remote work environment Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously Work Environment Remote position based in Canada Collaboration with clients and teams across Canada and the United States Flexible working hours aligned with client needs and campaign requirements Official business address: 5333 Goring St, Burnaby, BC V5B 0B6 Additional Benefits Employee benefits; vision, dental, physio, etc. Bonuses awarded for client retention How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit a resume and cover letter outlining relevant experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and client relations.
