Shepherd the Cantonese congregation through visitation, prayer, counseling, elder care, discipleship, and weekly Cantonese preaching. Oversee Cantonese Sunday School and collaborate with the English Pastor and staff on joint worship, community outreach, and church-wide planning.

Collaborate with church leaders to recruit, train, coach, and support ministry leaders, and mentor assigned fellowships and small groups through regular visits and ongoing pastoral guidance.
