The Registered Nurse will lead the care team, develop personalized care plans, and perform essential nursing interventions including medication administration and treatments. They are also responsible for supervising care staff and maintaining accurate clinical documentation within an electronic health record system. Candidates must hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with the BCCNM and possess current First Aid and CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience in geriatric, palliative, or complex care is preferred along with strong clinical assessment skills.
