Monitor site commercial, accounting, and contractual activities, including client claims, revenue and cost accruals, production records, and monthly reporting. Assist underground operators and the mining team with drilling preparation, jumbo operations, ground support installation, mine services, and ventilation while meeting safety and production targets. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair underground and surface mining equipment, with a focus on complex electrical and electro-hydraulic systems, electronic controls, and related components. Maintain waste areas, yards, and equipment; support material handling, warehouse activities, and seasonal site work. Issue and maintain gas monitors and other safety equipment, sharpen bits, complete equipment pre-starts, and follow site safety and environmental procedures.

Safely operate underground haul trucks to transport and dump ore and waste from development and production areas while meeting production targets. Complete equipment checks and shift reports, promptly report issues, maintain a clean work area, and follow mine safety procedures.

Operate and maintain underground concrete transmixer equipment, prepare and deliver concrete and shotcrete mixes, and support underground development and infrastructure construction. Lead and continuously improve site HSET systems, risk controls, incident management, training, and emergency preparedness while ensuring compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements. Advise site leadership, develop the HSET team, and engage operational teams to strengthen safety culture and accountability.

Provide induction, continuous in-field training, and coaching to mine personnel on safe equipment operation, mining methods, and task execution. Assess employee performance, develop and adapt training programs, coordinate with department leads, and maintain accurate training records and reports.
