POSITION OVERVIEW Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator is a vital member of the operations team and plays a pivotal role in ensuring effective and efficient execution of warehouse operations. WHAT WE CAN OFFER * Full benefits package (health, vision, dental, disability, etc.) * Employee assistance program * Health Savings Account * Competitive compensation * Growing Company with room for professional development and advancement KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Scan all delivery and inventory documents and check for accuracy * Receive and process purchase orders * Ensure inventory orders are accompanied by appropriate documentation * Communicate interdepartmentally regarding inquiries / questions on order status * Communicate with and respond to order inquiries from other departments * Create priority pick lists and assign inventory for warehouse staff to order pick * Review sales orders and coordinate with purchasing/manufacturing about missing items * Follow up with purchasing and sales regarding delays on sales order deadlines * Investigate negative inventory quantities * Complete other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS * 1-3 years prior experience with logistics or warehouse coordination * Highly organized and detail oriented * Preferably, experience with SAP software * Advanced computer skills and capable with Microsoft Office Suite of products * Strong communication and interpersonal skills HOURS OF WORK The typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
