Integrate and validate dynamic simulation models, communication models, ECUs, and vehicle hardware for real-time HIL closed-loop testing, with a focus on EV and PHEV brake and propulsion thermal management systems. Troubleshoot bench and mechatronic issues, automate repetitive tasks, improve HIL bench usability, document tools, and coordinate model rollouts with engineering teams.
