Job summary

Role overview RBC Borealis is seeking an Engagement Product Manager for its Agentic AI Enablement team. The role owns scope, requirements, and business outcomes for agentic AI delivery engagements across RBC. The position combines product management, solutions consulting, and business analysis in a technically complex AI delivery environment. Engagement delivery Elicit business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. Partner with Principal Engineers on technical feasibility, effort estimates, timelines, and scoped engagement plans. Maintain scope integrity and assess the impact of scope changes before acceptance. Act as the day-to-day contact between delivery squads and business stakeholders. Validate agent output against requirements and own acceptance sign-off. Adoption and value realization Drive adoption strategy, communications, and change management for delivered solutions. Define and track success metrics and report value realization after delivery. Identify reusable patterns, agent templates, and productization opportunities across engagements. Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in product management, solutions consulting, business analysis, or engagement management within technology delivery organizations. Experience translating ambiguous business problems into structured requirements and clear success criteria. Ability to partner with engineering teams on feasibility, sizing, and trade-off decisions without owning technical architecture. Strong stakeholder management skills across executive and practitioner levels. Experience managing scope, requirements changes, and competing priorities in fast-paced delivery environments. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including workshops, recommendations, and alignment. Analytical capability to define meaningful success metrics and track outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Experience in regulated industries, preferably banking or financial services, with understanding of compliance and governance constraints. Background in professional services, consulting, or managed services with client-facing engagement delivery ownership. Experience with AI/ML, agentic AI, or data-intensive solution delivery. Familiarity with agile delivery practices and embedded work within engineering squads. Experience building product management or solutions practices from scratch in a new or scaling team.
