Job summary
Role Overview The Product Manager will support maintenance and strategic development of assigned Investor’s Edge product initiatives. The role covers product objectives, vision, roadmap, requirements prioritization, feedback incorporation, and end-to-end delivery. The position focuses on online brokerage, onboarding, trading, account opening, research, and account information platforms. Responsibilities Conduct competitive reviews of online platforms, technologies, partners, and vendors. Develop product strategies and roadmaps for defined client and prospect segments. Act as product owner and primary point of contact for Investor’s Edge. Work with Marketing, Strategy, Retail Banking, and other cross-functional teams. Recommend process improvements, automation, cost savings, and client-experience enhancements. Requirements Experienced financial professional with a strong understanding of equity and options trading. Knowledge of the regulatory landscape associated with trading products. Minimum 5 years of retail brokerage industry experience working with financial products. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Canadian Securities Course completion is likely. Compensation Expected annualized base salary is CAD 92,490 to CAD 127,200. Additional compensation includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program. Workplace The work arrangement and proportion of on-site and remote work will be discussed during the interview. The job location is Toronto-81 Bay, 16th Floor. Schedule The role has 37.5 weekly hours. Employment is listed as regular.
