Join our culinary team and help provide exceptional dining experiences! Shifts: Part-time permanent. Days, evenings, weekends. Wage: $17-$18 + gratuity Key Responsibilities * Load and unload dishwashing machines * Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china) * Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately. * Set up workstations before meal prep begins. * Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours. * Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and place orders when necessary. * Check washing machine’s operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues. * Remove garbage regularly. * Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor. Requirements * Work experience as a dishwasher, or willing to learn. * Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines (asset). * Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed. * Time management skills. * Attention to detail and sanitation rules. * Availability during weekends, holidays, morning and evenings. The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness by loading/unloading machines, washing specific items by hand, and appropriately storing clean equipment. They must also ensure adequate supplies of clean dishes during peak hours and maintain cleaning supply stock.

Candidates must have prior work experience as a dishwasher or be willing to learn the role, demonstrating the ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively. Attention to detail regarding sanitation rules and availability for shifts including weekends and evenings are required.
