Wage: $20 Position: Full-time/Permanent and requires availability for weekend shifts Key Responsibilities * Daily management of reservations and virtual check-in pre-arrival duties including payment processing, online registration verification, damage deposits. * In-person check-ins and checkouts of hotel guests. * Complete daily administrative tasks while handling guest interactions via in-person, phone, email, internal e-messaging, 3rd party messaging. * Facilitate dining reservations for Rhythm & Howl and ensure any dietary information and special requests are communicated to the F&B team. * Provide basic concierge services such as 3rd party attraction bookings and other similar reservations. * Work with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals and total room inventory is accurately reflected. * Act as a Lobby Ambassador during peak business levels to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all guests. Requirements * 1-2 years of previous experience in an elevated setting is preferred but not required. * Hotel PMS experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of Mews is an asset. * Ability to prioritize and organize. * Able to work well independently with little supervision. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Take initiative in solving problems. * People forward mentality with a can-do attitude.
