Provide supportive, therapy-oriented conversations for young residents, contribute to intake assessments and case consultations, advise colleagues, and coordinate with external clinical and youth-support networks. Serve as deputy project lead, supporting and guiding staff, coordinating team activities, and taking on additional leadership duties when needed.
