Job summary
Summary: The purpose of the Omni (Store 2 Door) Outfitter is to process, package and ship orders from the store to door program with speed, efficiency and accuracy, following all established processes and standard operating procedures. Responsibilities: Receive and confirm incoming orders, retrieving the required product to fill the order from the back room or sales floor. Prepare orders for shipment by packaging, weighing and measuring packages, creating shipping labels, creating invoices, and handing packages off to UPS or Canada Post. Process orders and product/article transfers using SAP. Conduct package audits against shipment manifests to ensure accuracy. Communicate cancellations, split orders, and order issues to the Store to Door Canada group. Order and maintain packaging and shipment supplies. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store to door work area. Other duties assigned by Management Qualifications: One or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment is preferred High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer’s expectations Ability to use good judgment and logic A Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License is required; training will be provided if necessary Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle Knowledge of Cabela’s specific products is an asset Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s welcomes applications from people with disabilities.
