What is the ideal profile for this position? Bachelor’s degree in Product Design or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency with CAD software and 3D modeling tools. Solid understanding of product design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Excellent bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal. What will your responsibilities be as a Product Designer? Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and develop innovative product solutions. Design and model new products while considering functionality, manufacturability, installation methods, and quality requirements. Create and maintain detailed technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models. Ensure compliance with design standards, tolerances, and technical requirements throughout the development process. Work closely with prototyping and testing teams to validate designs and implement improvements. Present design concepts and recommendations to key stakeholders. Maintain accurate product design documentation and technical references. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and design processes.
