Line of Business: Wealth Management LOB Overview: Supports enterprise change management initiatives across Wealth Management business lines, including Wood Gundy (Investment Team), Private Banking (high-net-worth clients), and Investment Counsel (ultra-high-net-worth clients). Job Summary: This project focuses on Total Cost Reporting (TCR), a regulatory initiative aimed at improving transparency around investment fees for clients. It involves implementing changes to how costs are calculated, reported, and communicated, while preparing advisors to confidently explain these charges to clients. The goal is to ensure smooth adoption across teams ahead of the regulatory deadline, ultimately enhancing client trust through clear and proactive fee disclosure. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage People Change Management initiatives for medium to high complexity projects Own and deliver change management workstreams aligned with timelines, budget, and adoption targets Develop and implement end-to-end change strategies, frameworks, and action plans Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and project teams Must-Have Skills: People Change Management experience Wealth Management knowledge Investment industry experience Nice-to-Have Skills: Previous banking experience Regulatory project experience Preferred Methodology: ADKAR certification (preferred)
