Responsibilities Assures compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements Provides education and competency documentation Implements and maintains the laboratory Quality Improvement Program Investigates, collects and analyzes data and communicates outcomes to improve patient care Obtains accurate and timely compilation of laboratory data Formats Quality Assurance (QA) Quality Improvement (QI) spreadsheets and maintains files and reports for laboratory administration. Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field and 4 years of laboratory experience. A State of Florida License for Clinical Laboratory Personnel is required.
